After each dive

You and your instructor will review the dive, practice breathing techniques to remove any excess nitrogen, and that will calm the mind and body by balancing the flow of prana (energy) in the body. Some of the practice purifies the blood, it increases the supply of pure oxygen thereby releasing any stored nitrogen.

You may wish to consult with our resident Doctor of Ayurveda for treatments that will decrease your recovery time between dives. The benefits of Ayurveda are decreased likely of cramping, decreases recovery times between dives and minimize the affects of compression and decompression on the body.
